Instructions for Authors
Guidelines for Oral Presentation
- Each presentation lasts 10 minutes (8 min + 2 min Q&A).
- Submit the presentation by June 8, 2025. Name format:
Session_Oral_Lastname. - Upload here: Dropbox Upload Link
- Accepted formats:
.pdf,.ppt,.pptx. Max size: 50 MB. - English is mandatory for slides; spoken language can be English or Italian.
- If not submitted by the deadline, the contribution will be cancelled.
Guidelines for Poster Presentation
- Posters must be in A0 vertical format (84.1 × 118.9 cm) and in English.
- Prepare diagrams legibly for a 1.5–2.0 m viewing distance (minimum font: 16pt).
- Include background, results, and conclusions consistent with the abstract.
- Displayed only on the session date; remove the poster by the end of the day.
1-Minute Poster Presentation
- Prepare a 2-slide PDF (English) to be presented in 1 minute.
- Same upload link and deadline as oral presentations. File name:

ECHN Awards
Open to early-career researchers (degree obtained within the last 10 years):
- “Aurelio Aureli Award” – Best oral presentation
- “Marina De Maio Award” – Best poster presentation
To apply, complete the form by June 4, 2025 and add the award logo to your material.
